Having trouble getting your card to work?

There are several reasons why you may be having trouble registering your credit card with our payment process:
- Different Addresses
You may be unable to register your credit card if the address at which you receive your monthly billing statement does not exactly match the address which you entered when trying to register that card. Check your credit card statement for an exact match, and then try registering your credit card again.
- Card Verification Number Incorrect
You may be unable to register your credit card if you did not correctly enter the card verification number. The verification number is a 3-digit number printed on the back of your card. It appears after and to the right of your card number. If a card verification number is not available, please try using a different card. Note: International account holders will not need to add a card verification number.
If you still have trouble:
- Try another card
You may not be able to use the card you tried to add in the system. You may want to try to register a different card.
- Try again later
You may be able to successfully add your credit card if you try again at a later time.
- Try an alternate funding source
You can always make a payment using a check or money order.

- All of our packages are sent in unmarked boxes, by either Xpress Post or UPS.
- Delivery depends on shipping method chosen.
- All APO, FPO and PO Box addresses may be shipped using an alternative shipping method. Please Note: This includes only small orders, under 100 grams.
- All Overseas orders subject to approval.
Guaranteed shipping offer is only valid to addresses in the US and Canada and if sending to the billing address of the cardholder purchasing the product. Telephone number and Signature for package is required.
We normally process orders within 24 hours. If you place your order by 12:00pm PST, we will get your order out the same day.

If you are not 100% percent satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return you order for 100% refund. Refund will be offered for reasons including defective products, wrong quantity, wrong item shipped and/or freight damage.
- All refunds will only be issued to the card used to purchase or to the address and name from which a money order was sent.
- Amount returned is minus original shipping charges.
- At least 95% of order must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt of product.
- All returns require an authorization number on the package or they will not be accepted by our warehouse. Please call our customer service department to obtain an authorization number.

Money Orders and Checks
At Salviasupply.com we accept personal checks, money orders and credit cards.
When shipping a personal check or money order, please ensure:
- You send your payment via registed mail so you can track the progress of the shipment.
- You include the product you would like to order, the address you want it shipped to, your email address and your telephone number.
